Aemula emulates Sound Blaster 2.0, Usually some setup utility will ask for the information: Port 220, DMA 1, IRQ 7. You can also add a line in AUTOEXEC.BAT: 

set BLASTER=A220 I7 D1 H5 T3
Remember you need to reboot to make it take effect.
